Exciting Omer Day & Graduation Update!

The Alumni Association is excited to announce that it will host Omer Day, the Annual Golf Tournament and the Graduation Banquet at the beautiful La Cantera Resort & Spa for the next three years. The La Cantera Golf Club has been rated in the top 50 of US courses and promises to make these weekends memorable. We will be playing at the beautiful Palmer Course, ranked as the 8th best course in Texas last year by Golfweek.

The resort features amazing amenities and has been recognized as #2 of the "Top 30 Resorts in North America" by Conde Nast. We look forward to having a premier site to celebrate our program, graduates and alumni for years to come. Please make plans to join us!

Dates for the events are 20-21 June 2019, 25-26 June 2020 and 24-25 June 2021. Ted Parsons (1991) will be the Distinguished Visiting Professor this coming year with Jim Stannard (1992) in 2020. We have also just confirmed that Jim Ficke (Fac Mbr), SAMMC Orthopaedic Chairman from 2007 to 2013, will join us as the Distinguished Visiting Professor in 2021.
