Visiting Professor News

The Alumni Association continues to generously support the academic program at SAMMC by bringing preeminent surgeons, leaders and educators to SAMMC. In September, Dr. James Roberson traveled from Emory University and updated the department on recent ABOS initiatives. Dr. Bernard Morrey (Fac mbr) joined us last week for journal club and in-depth discussion on elbow pathology and treatment. The expertise of these premier surgeons is invaluable in our educational program and certainly are motivators to continue our pursuit of excellence.

We look forward to hosting Dr. Hank Chambers (1987) from Rady's Children's Hospital12-13 Feb 19 and Dr. Mary O'Connor of Yale Orthopaedics on 26-27 Mar 19.
